1. Let’s Try This Instead: Encounter^15 Interrupt
You may swap two character’s initiative, snap a pc out of flatfooted or donate your attack of opportunity.
2. Positions: Passive Range:5
At the beginning of each round you must declare either CHARGE (all allies get half your CHA mod in additional movement) or HOLD (all allies get temp HP equal to your CHA stat) and these bonuses expire at the end of every round.
3. Focus on the Enemy: EOT Action
Declare a visible target and have your allies focus them. Attacks made against that target until the end of the round by your allies add your CHA stat to their damage after armour and magic resistance calculations.
4. Declare Blockers: EOT Interrupt
When you or a visible ally is attacked, you may attempt to get another ally within 4 range of them to jump to their rescue. Roll a d20 and add your CHA mod, if the result is over 17 they may take the hit instead. You both get a save for this.
5. Double Strike: Encounter Interrupt
Call out a weak point on a visible target to give your ally an advantage. Give an allied character an attack of opportunity.
6. This is Our Day: Daily^6 Action
Choose an ally, for the next two rounds, they have advantage.
7. Q.T.E.: Daily^7 Interrupt
Give two visible allies an additional action or shift.
8. Focus on the Battle: Encounter Action.
Increase the critical range of your allies by 1 for the next 1d4 rounds. Their activate range also increases by 1 if applicable.
9. GIT GUD: Daily^10 Interrupt
Shout words of inspiration to a visible ally, boosting a check of theirs by +3.
