Enchanter

Enchanter Req. 10 INT mod or 10 WIS mod   1. Siphon Energy: At Will Action   Roll a d20 and add your INT or WIS mod. If the result is over 20 you successfully imbue the item with your energy granting it an elemental effect based on your character’s natural elemental inclination.   2. Object Permanence: Passive   Objects imbued with your energy are resilient to damage, and receive armor equal to either your int or wis mod. (highest takes priority).   3. To Me!: EOT Action   All imbued items within 10 yards x your INT or WIS mod return to your characters location at the time of casting this. They will not strike you, but they will deal their damage to any enemies in the way.   4. Pulse: EOT Attack   An imbued item of your choice deals damage to all adjacent enemies equal to its damage to all adjacent enemies equal to its damage and your INT + WIS stat. This pulse creates a distortion in the air around it, slowing enemies as long as they are in the area of effect for the following two rounds.   5. Charge Daily^5 Shift   Give one of your imbued items a temporary surge of energy for the following d4 rounds, it gains damage equal to your INT stat+your WIS stat. This skill stacks.   6. Give it a Good Ol’ Rub: Daily^5 Shift   Attempt to identify an enchantment on an item you can see roll a d2o and add your wisdom or int mod, if the result is over 17 you succeed. You may then spend a round of combat to decipher it.   7. What’s Yours is Mine: Passive   Deciphered enchantments may be transferred from items you can see to items you can see to items imbued with your energy as an interrupt ability that does not consume your attack action or shift this lasts for 1d6 rounds.   8. Arcane Knowledge: Passive   Spend a feat point to unlock two marks of knowledge. You may us a mark to purchase deciphered enchantments as feats. Enchantments purchased in this way are immediately recognizable and you can dispel them on an natural roll over 15 as a full round action.   9. Boom Shaka Laka Action Daily^20   Enchant an imbued item with an enchantment you have learned as an interrupt, this does not consume your action attack or shift (the cooldown on this is daily^5). Items you have imbued or enchanted you see may be overcharged and violently disenchanted. This will cause an unblockable AoE explosion that deals magic damage equal to your INT and WIS stat to all enemies and non-magical, non-imbued, or non-enchanted armor and weapons in the area of effect.
