Req. 16 WIS and have taken a WIS based class.
1. Arcane blast: At-Will Attack; Range: 3
Deal magic damage equal to [your WIS + WIS stat + your weapon] to a target. This deals bonus damage equal to your INT stat if the target is Holy or Unholy.
2. Always on Guard: Passive
Your sharp perception allows you to add half of your WIS mod to Dodge rolls.
3. Destructive Disc: Encounter Attack; Range: 5
Hurl a disc of energy that ignores magic resistance. This attack deals damage equal to [2*WIS stat + weapon].
4. Magic Barrage: Daily^10 Attack
Unleash a torrent of raw magical energy, dealing AoE magic damage equal to [your INT stat + WIS stat + weapon] to all enemies within a 1-3-5-7 cone in front of you.
5. Energy Bolt: EOT Attack
Fire a bolt of energy at a target; this Attack cannot miss or crit and deals magic damage equal to [your weapon + WIS stat + 1d12].
6. Explosive wave: Encounter Attack
Deal AoE magic damage equal to [WIS stat + weapon] to all enemies within 2 range of you.
7. Super Explosive Wave: Daily^11 Attack
Deal AOE magic damage equal to [2*WIS stat + weapon] to all enemies within 3 range of you and knock them back to at least 4 range.
8. C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-OMBO: Passive
You may give up your Action and Shift to make an additional Attack each turn. Or give up your Shift and Attack for an additional Action.
9. Instant Transmission: Daily Action; Range: WIS mod
Teleport to a target within range and make an Attack of Opportunity on them. This can be used as an Interrupt and does not consume your Attack, Action, or Shift. Add [your WIS stat + your INT stat] to the damage of the Attack of Opportunity.
