Req. one INT or WISÂ class and a 30+ stat in both.
1. The Art of The Spellbound Link At Will Action
Bind a set of chains to yourself with energy, these can be manipulated from any distance. Bound chains are resistant to breaking and can be repaired easily if broken. You can only have one line of chains bound to yourself at once, but you can combine 2 chains made of the same materials.
2. Sturdy Coil Daily^11 Passive
Coil your bound chain around yourself or an ally to block incoming attacks. Boost allies block checks by 3. Using your chains allows you to make block checks with your int or wis.
3. In a Bind Shift At Will Shift
For Every 7 meters of chain bound you may lay another chaintrap. Chaintraps are pressure activated. Enemies who trigger a trap must pass a dex roll by rolling higher than you on an int or wis check. If they fail they are immobilized until they roll higher than 20 on a con check each turn they are immobilized they take physical damage equal to your int +wis stat.
4. Strangling Swarm Daily^4 Attack
Release your chains upon a target dealing magic damage to them equal to your wis+int stat, for every meter of chain add half your int or wis mod to the damage on ac checks from 15-20 they are stunned for one turn. This spell critically strikes from 18-20.
5. Crowd Control EOT Action
You may pull or push enemies immobilized or stunned by your chains a distance equal to the length of your chains. You can end their stun or immobilization early by throwing them at an object or target at high velocity, dealing damage to them and anything they hit equal to your meters of chain + your character level/2 rounded up in physical damage.
For every 2 meters, your chains get +1 range and all your chainmancer abilities gain that much range as well.
