Basic History

Early Years

During their early years, Vatortarius was a migratory species, traveling across the cosmos and acquiring new information for the good of the whole. Vatortarius was always unique, several of the others in its pack dedicated to the consumption of whole planets or moving the flock interstellar. It is unknown how these were wiped out, but it is likely connected to early humans or gods. After some time locked to this solar system, simply documenting the various goings on, Vatortarius was colonized by humans. Thus, they developed a mutualistic relationship with these small colonists, essentially using them as entertainment early on.

Dominion

Those who lived on Vatortarius were the only ones under its domain, not really achieving the high dominion that many others did.

Deitic War

During the Deitic war, it was discovered that the infinite energy of the Titans was produced by a resource known as "Titan steel" minute amounts of this resource exist in the world, but that the Titans contain a large amount of it. As such Vatortarius was raided multiple times attempting to steal it, eventually resulting its death.

Physical traits

Clothing

As it was the size of a small natural satellite, Vatortarius tended not to wear clothing. If a large town could be considered clothing that is all Vatortarius wore.

Physical

Physically, Vatortarius took the form of a giant eye, having around a hundred square miles of space, with only about a tenth of that being inhabited. Its iris was scarlet, and there is a smooth piece of flat flesh where the connection to the brain would normally be.

The eye is observed to have a similar structure to that of a human eye, post mortem auttoposy reveals that Titan steel was used in place of brain material and could store information.

Likes and Dislikes

Likes

Vatortarius enjoyed human art, using it as a currency in exchange for information. They particularly enjoyed poetry, and theater, though they sometimes struggled to understand the audio elements. They had little in the way of other preferences, given that they couldn't particularly enjoy anything that wasn't visual.

Dislikes

They somewhat disliked that which wasn't visual, including some forms of art.

Tendencies

Vatortarius tended to be looming and unnerving. They also tended to be a talented magic user, they were known to use all forms of magic not exclusive to those with natural talent, such as telepathy for communication.

Strict philosophical perspectives

As they were further from typical sentience than many other deities, they adopted a bit more of a kill or be killed philosophy.

Vatortarius's main magical ability was to see the future, at all times, and to an extremely accurate degree. They used this both to acquire information and to defend them from attacks.

In addition, they possessed a wide variety of other minor magics from various magical disciplines. These included: minor telepathy, minor telekinesis, as well as Steinstasis

Symbolism

Vatortarius is most often symbolized by an eye. Though they are worshipped by several small religion worldwide, these are often classified as cults. They are considered the patron of seers and fortunetellers.

Signature spell: Flow, allowed Vatortarius to see every possible future and respond in kind. With an infinite amount of energy, the planet could maintain this indefinitely.
