The Sleeper

The Sleeper is often associated with dreams, slumber, or even an otherworldly realm. Some tales depict them as a deity of rest, influencing the tranquility of sleep or acting as a guardian of dreams. Others whisper of the Sleeper as a deity who, when awakened, possesses immense power, capable of shaping reality with their dreams. Legends often warn of consequences should the Sleeper be disturbed from their eternal rest.   The desires and intentions of the Sleeper vary across different interpretations and stories. Some tales suggest that the Sleeper desires undisturbed rest and peace, influencing dreams to ensure a realm of tranquility for those asleep. Others speak of the Sleeper as a being whose awakening could bring about significant change or chaos to the world, either for good or ill, depending on the circumstances.   In some versions, the Sleeper may seek balance or fulfillment of a cosmic purpose, while in others, they might harbor intentions unknown to mortals, hidden within the depths of their slumber.
