Frankie has this kinda live and let live mentality that jackasses really like to test. She tries to just leave folks alone and doesn't like getting in their business.
On the other hand, as a Necropolitan, Frankie is deeply invested in living. Despite. Well. Being dead. When the Space Jammers get to work planning a party, Frankie is delighted to get into the kitchen and whip up a rich meal, because food is for the soul.

She has this weird lopsided grin that comes across charismatic because of the way her nose wrinkles, and Frankie is a craft master at getting away with stuff by just aw-shucksing her way through a situation.
While it looks like Frankie doesn't take anything seriously that's mostly because she makes a deliberate choice to act that way. She knows more than she lets on but there's something about freezing to death because of an abusive ex that makes you stop giving a shit about how folks see you!
