Ronaldo Pickett

Ronaldo Pickett is the owner of Ronaldo Pickett's Jewellers.
In appearance, if you think how Fagin would be if he was scrubbed up and dressed properly, you wouldn't go far wrong. He is always immaculately dressed, with a cape and cane, and uses a monocle to inspect wares bought in for him to buy. He talks in a precise, upper-crust accent with an equally precise turn of phrase, although there is a hint of nasal undertone in his voice.
 Ronaldo drives a hard bargain, but is always true to his word, and makes clear he's probably the only person in Sharrow's Hold who will be willing to buy (and discreetly dispose of) the more problematic items.
