Tribe of the Rune

Leader known as the Riimu Soothsayers, those that can read the runes and tell a person's future or so they say. There is a big difference, maybe, between those who cast runes for small coins and those that cast runes of power. Such power that it would rival the druids and wizards of the world. It is the Rune that claims skill in both. They are very willing to mark another with a rune of power for they believe it is their way of adhering to the Edict of Suojella, the Shield Bearer.
