Toniti - a Rainbow Sprite

Whenever a rainbow occurs in Colossus there is a small chance that it will manifest a Toniti. A fey like creature usually adorned in a tartan kilt in shades of pink.
A Toniti will spend hours hyper focusing on the moments below, seeking out the perfect one to interrupt and spice up with their magical mischief. To some a blessing to others a nightmare.
Living for the games folks create, making their way through the layers of life's imagination. A Toniti can be found where skittles are knocked over by a breeze where there is no wind, or flipping the winning card at a tavern table.
But most of all it is the dice, the element of chance that they can manipulate. Sometimes for the joy on ones face and other times the tears of a meanie.
Those that have travelled the many lands of the world through mountain pass, enchanted forest, and event the odd snowy tundra have stories of the Toniti, all tell it differently.
Some say they saw a goblin, others a glaive wielding pixie, the latest tale that of a tiny gecko wreathed in mist and shadow. As varied as the rainbow these tales would be, the only consistency, the colour pink.
When the Rainbow no longer holds a spot in the sky, just as its fading, that's the moment to be the most mischievous you can be. If the magic is true the Rainbow will give you a glimpse of the next form the Toniti will take.
If you are super lucky and have provided many opportunities of mischief then a Toniti will take the image of your spirit and capture it, arcanely applying it to canvas. A gift for when you wake. A signature lock of vibrant pink hair left beside it.
