Jolt Sap
This is name for an implanted memory and health enhancement that allows them to link to computers, record their memories for examination, this kind is also able to assist the body to heal.
It is made up of a mixture of Jolt Compound, which allows it also to give the person a barrier/shield against telepathic scanning - gives them mental privacy at least from casual scans. This is achieved by adding slightly more of the power Jolts to the mix.
