The War of Stone

Military: War

A war between all of the Primordial Dwarvish clans that lasted for nearly a thousand years and established the Imperium Aereum.

The War of Stone was the largest War Ómar Crún had seen since the continent split from Strya and Serpentis at the beginning of the Primordial Age and was between the original 4 Dwarf Clans; The Hill Dwarf clan of Cnoc, the Gnomish clan of Gnotthach, the Deep Dwarf clan of Adamantine, and the Mountain Dwarf clan of Aereum. This was waged for nearly a millenia before the Aereum Clan and the Clan Gnotthach made peace with one another, aiding eachother to develop the first War Machines.            After the construction of these devices they were used to force cooperation between the Clans. Clan Aereum deemed them all the Imperium Aereum and that they would together claim this land for the Dwarf-Kin. Clan Cnoc fell easy victim to the machines and submitted. Clan Adamantine rejected this and fled to the deepest depths of the underdark.
