FrostBound

A small, previously abandoned town now settled by a Council of powerful creatures on the border of the Drathzari Forest and the Swamp of the Leech. Predominately adorned with the cities massive religious influence towards Asmodeus and the 9 Hells, brought about by their large Tiefling population. An ally of the MiracleBerry Winery, the town is guarded by mysterious Armored guards that do not speak. Many consider Frostbound to be cursed, plagued with undeath and dark magic.
