DragonWatch
DragonWatch is the primary mark that The Crown left on the Jungle of Feathers, being the home of a handful of Crownsguard called The Jungle Council before The Crown left to Exousía. The Crown constructed the city to in order to have a spot to keep an eye on the White Dragons of Serpentis to ensure they didn't become a threat, while opening trade to Ómar Crún with the Bronze Dragons, Dragonborn, and Yuan-ti of the nearby continent.
Dragonwatch quickly became a massive trade hub in the region with Aarokocra of all stripes coming to settle and trade along with Kenku who found refuge here, The local lizardfolk tribals, and the large group of humans the Crown brought to settle and work this place.
Since the Crown's leave, the city has been given protection by The Elder Birds, as its become a massive part of the Realms economy. The Day to day operations have been deferred to the leaders of each artisans guild, who now run the city as Merchant princes, all boasting their own military protection, trade infrastructure, and even control over whole neighborhoods.
Recently, Dragonwatch has become victim to attacks from White Dragon Wyrmlings from across The DragonWatch Channel. The merchant princes fear these are scouts, testing the land to see if The Crown's response is still there. It is not so.
The Merchant Princes have also been put in a difficult position of attempting to maintain neutrality between The Forgotten Feather and the Elder Birds, as The Elder Birds are beginning to demand them to denounce the Kenku, or lose their protection from The Elder Birds.
