A well-built guy, McConnell hasn't settled behind the desk quite as well as his superiors might've hoped. He's broad-shouldered with a curly head of hair which was once jet black, but is starting to grey. He's often a day or two unshaven, his face stubbly. He has a strong chin and jawline, and brown eyes. He frequently eschews the Hoffman Institute-boss dress code of business casual for a tight-fitting black t-shirt, blue jeans, and combat boots.
He's a frequent smoker, a habit which might be catching up to him.
When last you saw him, he was turned into a vampire. You killed him.
