Maurus

Little is known of Maurus, the realm of oblivion from which no soul can return. To some, Maurus is simply an idea, the theological concept of an ending without continuation. To others, Maurus is the night's sky, blocking out all but the brightest lights from the Pleroma above. There are those for whom Maurus is the earth itself, the crushing force at the centre of the planet, dragging all life downwards into the ground. And there are those that believe Maurus to be an entity in and of itself, a fallen god that crafted the Material Realm as a prison for souls...
