The Red Knife

This organization was first encountered in connection with the kidnapping of Dulin Tethras, son of Endrin Tethras, member of the town council of Orelington.
There symbol seems to be made up in the style of a red wax seal, though the material is clearly metal. It shows something that seems to be a some kind of dagger or hunting knife.
Members of this group seem to wear the symbol somewhere visible on their attire. For example a wrist band or the clip on a cape.
