Neopolitan is a mute girl in the series RWBY. Though she doesn't talk, she emotes well, and her fighting prowess is up there, which is to make breakable copies with her Semblance.

Lore: She will appear in Rollinsberg when she arrives there. Neo won't factor in much except being a henchmen at points and seen in points of the story.
