Walther (a.k.a. Walther Half-Hand)

One of the crime lords of Sephirianne. Though clever and charming, he is a brutal man who has no qualms about doing the dirty work himself. His activities include theft, kidnapping, prostitution and even selling the street children to foreign slavers. Though he is in a constant battle for territory with the other crime lords of the city, it is Aunfel Sulise (though he only knows him as the Piper), who garners his most hatred. He is actually the real father of Adela Pielazin. He lost half his hand in a fight with other thugs 20 years ago and is sometimes called "Walther Half-Hand", though never where he can here it.
