Sakamati

Serpentine shapeshifters from the World of Imphalas created by the Thitan Haluthan. They look humani, but can transition between Humani and a serpentine form and a third transitional form that is part serpent and part humani. They tend to be extreme reclusive and solitary. Since Ilushan put part of himself into their creation, they are able to use magic.
The Sakamati, prefer to stay hidden in their city of Chariya having little to do with outsiders.
Their appearance is based on India.
