Session Fifteen

General Summary

The week before (19 March 22 - 24 March 22)

Leah attempted to scope out new places to try and find something for the full moon. She found some derelict houses that might hold her for a bit but nothing she is confident would be able to hold her for more than a few hours.
Justin meets up with Crow, who he knows as someone who is good at getting hold of things. He requests for Crow to get hold of something.

Alice tries to stay out of trouble but finds Freddie is taking her body for a spin every night and things keep appearing in her apartment.

Justin and Leah go and visit the Witch to see if they can get information on Freddie. The Witch seems delighted at the news of Freddie causing them grief and was utterly unhelpful.

Friday Night (25 March 22)

Justin got a call from someone called Mark about a bunch of Cindermen rioting down by the waters in Newham. At the same time Leah sees a plume of smoke rising from that same area. Messages were sent, Willow decided to stay away from fire and Alice did not see them immediately due to being in the Local.

Due to being much closer, Leah arrived much faster than Justin. She found a very large group of cindermen (30+) but spead out in small groups all causing chaos and destroying everything. Unable to sit still while everything was going on, she snuck into a shop with a few of them. She transformed, killed them, then immediately changed back (naked as her clothes were shedded) and snuck away. She then lured a small group away in human form, then transformed and killed them. She repeated this several times before the cindermen became very wary and refused to split up from a group of 30. After this she ran and hid.

Shortly after this, Alice heard people talking in the Local about the fires so decided to leave to investigate. Upon leaving, she recieved the messages and ran at superspeed to the area, finding Leah. Not too long after this Justin also arrived. They decided that the best way to deal with them was to use Leah to lure them away into an alley where they could just attack some of them then run away to another alley and repeat.

After an unsuccessful howl to try and get them to chase her, Leah attacked the big group then ran away, getting them all to chase her. In the alley, Leah, Alice and Justin tore through the group then again with the ones further back that arrived later. The ones at the very back ran away, but the majority of that group of Cindermen were decimated.

Meanwhile, while this had been going on, Willow had been up a tree, using her wyrd to investigate the wards used on Toil and Trouble. However, while she was there a large amount of crows appeared and sat on the branches all around her. They eerieely stared at her in complete silence. When Willow went to leave, they followed her. She sent a message to Justin informing him about the crows and that she'd be in the Local. After running for a bit, she used her powers to skewer a bird with a branch and took the dead bird. The other crows started colliding against eachother and coallessing into something. Willow did not stick around to find out what, she ran and managed to mostly lose them and enter the Local.

Justin saw his phone with the message about the crows after the fight had finished. He sent Alice with superspeed to go check in The Local to see if Willow was okay. She met up with Willow and the two had an awkward conversation.

Trying to leave the scene, Leah and Justin were spotted by an EMT. He wanted to check Leah over and have her answer a some questions. Trying to prevent this, Justin ended up making the EMT very suspicious of him and looking to get the police involved. Fortunately, the policeman who came over was Ozzy (a member of the Illuminati that Justin knows). Ozzy managed to get the EMT to leave and snuck the pair out of there.
