Lord Elijah Wallace

A powerful, influential, and largely unaligned person that is currently helping Justin. Interested in doing something about the Cindermen. He lives in a large estate outside of London. Told Justin is going to be involved by destiny and may be something called an Arbiter. He is supernatural in some form as he has been around for the last 200 years at least.
The Grand Council courted him a while ago but he had no interest in it, but he doesn’t tend to get involved in stuff. All assassins sent after him never came back.
Knows Cedric Blackthorne Is also allied with other mysterious figures Both were seen masked by Justin. A pale, black haired woman with a hypnotic voice and a smaller person with a golden sun mask who sounded and acted child-like.
