Hand of the Shadowborn (maybe not the head but the one who gets things done).
Large man in a suit who is completely monochrome (has no colour to him at all). He seems to have the ability to appear in and out of darkness.
Was chasing after someone who stole some Darkness to kill him and retrieve it. The Party fought him to save the man (for a day) and returned the darkness to him. At the time he was accompanied by two Shadowborn Assassins.
He introduced Justin to Lord Elijah Wallace.
Offered to help Alice kill the The Regent of London but Alice refused.
