Petite woman who is a powerful Cinderman. After Anders died, she turned up unexpectedly, killed a few of the other Cindermen that were going for leader, then announced that she was in charge.
She has the ability to turn other people into Cindermen, though this process sometimes kills the person who they are trying to turn. She also seems to be able to control some of the other Cindermen and they are compelled to follow her orders. Willow initially saw her in a vision, forcibly turning homeless people into Cindermen. Leah later encountered her attacking the Bridgeway Soup Kitchen. In the subsequent fight, she attempted to turn Leah into a Cinderman but Leah managed to get away with Granite without being turned.
According to Crow's information, her full name is Elizabeth Banks and was an engineering student until she dropped out a year ago. She wears a mini skirt.
