The Crossroads

A specific major junction in District 5's mid-level operational layer where the territorial boundaries of all four active D5 organizations converge within a relatively small physical area. The tensest consistent location in the Underpass.

Every organization maintains some form of presence or observation at the Crossroads, and everyone knows it. Transactions that require multi-party acknowledgment happen here for exactly this reason. It is the most surveilled intersection in D5, which perversely makes it one of the safest. Starting a fight at the Crossroads means starting it in front of all four organizations simultaneously.
