A wide, flat rooftop near the geographic center of District 4 that functions as the district's neutral ground. No syndicate claims it. All four have sent representatives here. The social architecture against starting a fight on the Cradle is entirely self-enforced and extremely effective.

Players who end up here during heated moments are generally wise enough to save their argument for somewhere else. The Cradle is where D4's four syndicates have conducted every quiet conversation they have ever needed to have with each other.
