Industrial walkways threading between District 4's structural elements at mid-level height. Narrower than the Skybridge Network and lower, not the fastest traversal option, but harder to intercept on and connecting to structural access points the primary network does not reach.

Used by players who know the district deeply and by syndicate operatives who have reason to avoid the main bridges. Corona del Alambre's Novilleros use them for relay and maintenance. Khuyeta Shavki disappear into them.
