Express Lift Platform

The upper terminus of the District 1 Express Lift and the first surface most newcomers step onto when they reach the Overheads. Wide enough to orient on, positioned with direct sightlines to the Skybridge Network in three directions.

Nyxie Bolrav is almost always visible from the Platform within a few minutes of any player's arrival, usually already at altitude before the observer can track her route. This is the first thing most players learn about District 4: that there is someone up here who is already moving faster than you, and has been for years.
