A B-Rank Civilian who has the unfortunate reputation of being Citadel Nine's favorite "lolcow". She is less a player and more a walking, crying side-quest that orbits the city's most chaotic figures.

Ability: Unchained

Once per day, ChainedUp can enter a five-minute state where her body instinctively deflects nearly any attack thrown at her. This makes her nearly impossible to hit but just as likely to cause collateral damage as she is to survive.

Signature Gear

• Customized Ball and Chain (Orange Tier): A heavy, weighted chain weapon built by Vanessa specifically for someone with zero technique.
• Green Bomber Jacket: Her only piece of "armor." It offers no real protection but serves as her comfort object and most recognizable feature.

Playstyle

Her playstyle is "victim". She attempts to live a quiet life but is constantly manipulated into toggling on her PvP flag or wandering into active incident zones, making her a frequent target. Her streams are a genre of content unto themselves, documenting her perpetual state of panic and the rare, accidental moments of triumph.

"Chains is Cooking"

ChainedUp's defining moment came during a stream where, cornered and openly sobbing, she accidentally activated Unchained and survived for five straight minutes against multiple attackers. Chat went from mocking her to genuinely cheering.

The clip of her crying while effortlessly deflecting bullets went viral, and the phrase "CHAINS IS COOKING" became a permanent city-wide meme for any unexpected comeback or underdog moment. She is the living embodiment of failing upwards.

ChainedUp's relationships are defined by her vulnerability and the city's varied reactions to it.

• Club1 : She views this Villain crew as her protectors and her "squad". In reality, they use her as a mascot, a decoy, and a convenient source of content, a dynamic she accepts out of a desperate need for belonging.
• senngularity & Car Bean : Her sincere guardian angels. These two Heroes frequently intervene to save her from situations that have escalated beyond content into genuine danger. She hero-worships them both.
• XxFalconerXDxX : Her "protector-bully". The Club1 member has claimed her as "his loser", meaning he will bully her gently himself but will aggressively defend her from anyone else who tries.
• Licorice : Treats ChainedUp's panicked streams like a nature documentary, providing live commentary on her suffering before swooping in to save her at the last possible second.
