Beatriz Carvalho founded Casa Dourada and built the organizational culture from the ground up: comfort-first, absolute consent, no pretense about what the business is. She is loud, warm, and unapologetically proud of the establishment she runs and the workers inside it.

Her authority within the house is absolute, especially regarding the safety and respect of her staff. She has permanently banned clients for misconduct. She enjoys the work and the environment it produces with an unselfconsciousness that makes her effective as a leader.
