    What must the players Learn
    The players must deliver the intelligence gathered from the destroyed floating bastion and acertain the Duke's next move. Then, plan to thwart the Duke in Act 3.

    Act I

    Intro Goal
    Deliver the recovered correspondance to Fort Issimo and review it with General Pepper.
    Intro Situation
    The party returns to Fort Issimo with the recovered documents from the now destroyed bastion.

    Act II

    Set-up Journey
    The party travels to Panama on a covert mission to deliver the correspondance to Louie Louie, posing as emmisaries of the Thin White Duke. General Pepper sets a meeting with sympathetic leadership inside Don Louie's organization. This leadership helps organize a meeting with the Don.
    First Attempt
    Party meets up with Pepper's contact - Jumpin' Jack Flash - and a meeting with the Don is set.

    Act III

    False Ending
    The meeting with Don Louie proceeds. Party can choose to try and persuade Louie Louie, or move to end his rule.
    Final Showdown
    Triggered enchantment is activated on the letter, opening a temporary teleportation of the Jean Genie and the Spiders from Mars.

    Exposition

    The China Girl and the Diamond Dogs have been defeated and the floating bastion that the Blackstar Malkuth has been using as a staging point has been severely damaged, and likely sunk. The party was able to find some correspondance intended for Don Louie Louie of Panama. With this letter in hand, they make their way back to Fort Issimo to report in to General Pepper and recieve their next assignment.
