Thyllis

Thyllis is an interesting character. He's got the frame to be a large, proud and beautiful pale furred Gruntoran male. But he has been brought down from this. His fur is very pale in color, thin and matted in places, and he stoops. He keeps his eyes lowered from sight, and tends to act meek around anyone that might be an actual challenge. His frame is not large and full of muscle as it should be, but instead lean and moving toward underweight and scrawny.
Thyllis is the first of his pack to put down serious roots in [Sashir], and he did it completely on accident. At first he was attracted to Sashir for the opportunities for adventure and money for himself and his friends, but he got himself in a bucket of trouble when the first people to offer him well-paying work were actually a 'guild' (re: gang). They called themselves the [Day Walkers]. Their name sounded so innocent to the fledgling adventurer in Thyllis and he decided to take on their work. His easy work of 'Deliver this missive to x location' was so simple to get started, he was eager to continue. And it was just as easy as that, he was trapped from the beginning. Thyllis didn't find out what kind of actual deliver he was making until much much later and was sick to his stomach that he'd gotten himself into the middle of it, and even worse, had been so eager to do it.
Unfortunately for Thyllis, as much as he'd wanted to leave after that, the reason he was looking for work in the city at all was because he'd recently taken a mate, and they were expecting younglings... They would need someone to provide for them, and he was supposed to be that person... he told himself he could find other ways to get by, more honest work, even if it was harder... But when he tried to leave, they threatened his family's lives... blackmailed him, saying they'd take his actions to the judges of Sashir, and they'd find him guilty on all counts. And it was then he knew he was completely and utterly trapped until he could find a way to get out on his own.
This occurence was three years ago, and he's been used, abused, beaten and left to die more times than he can account for, tryin to outrightly defy their evil wishes for the worst of the missions, or by simply delaying others. it was not easy for him and his pack could see how heavily this infration weighed on his shoulders, even if he barely spoke a word of the [Day Walkers] to them; on the outside, this 'guild' was seen as extremely well-to-do, useful, and necessary in Sashir. To speak ill of it would surely come back on him and anyone who said a bad word of them. So he kept the worst of it to himself. He keeps telling himself 'if only the city knew how wrong and horribly twisted they truly are. If only they knew how deeply into the pockets of the government they'd sewn themselves.' Thyllis began to notice that in most of Sashir's propaganda, flags, emblems and seals, there were always suns and oddly two white swipes. White Fangs. A long three years he's been trying to find a way out, while providing for his family with the meager leftovers the Day Walkers leave him with. It's sad, and pitiful. And probably the only reason his pack has stuck with him through it for so long. Thyllis has almost given up, and the guild knows it. He's on his last leg with them, and they want to kill him so badly, but somehow he's just so good at completing their missions, even if he tries to botch it on the way. So they've sent him on his worst mission yet, to pick up a secret package in the southern tip of the country and bring it back.
Unfortunately he didn't know what the package was, or he might have risked his life refusing its transport and fleeing the country... He's not the worst villain out there, has just been forced to do bad things by bad people. And the very lives of those he holds dear are caught up in the balance, forcing him to stay.
