Maha is a bit of a mixed country. No one culture truly calls the region home, and they like it that way. Pressure is on them as the closest coastal region for trade for much of Akha (due to the desert in the South). They are also the only people with a direct trade route established with the Feldockians on their continent.
Maha wishes to trade with Carle quite often, but as there is a small chunk of Akha between them, they're usually stuck paying tolls or committing vague crimes by going around the tolls.
