Carle is a small country that used to control much of the Western continent before the Perdikai started taking over Akha and pushing their borders.
Carle is ruled by an old man with a snippy temper named Tortimer.

Battlefield- a scuffle between Akha and Carle- they do not wish to give up any more than has already been taken from them.
Malkain Library- the Carlean people are grateful the Malkin’s built their library so close to the coast, if they had built it any closer inland, the area would have been taken over by Akha. Est 572 AD
