Helweaver

Anatomy

Helweavers closest resemble mortalkind, having a concrete bipedal structure and form. Their complextion is often corpse-like having been exposed to the energies of the dismal plane. There are many shades of pigmentation for their woescarred flesh and they often have perpetual wounds that never scar or heal. The propotions of a helweaver are often misalighned or even just slightly off and bone spurs jut through their skin at the joints and through the scalp. Their eyes are anointed with a flame-like yellow that peirces the very soul.

Behaviour

Helweavers often derive from Mortalkind who have maintained their sapience while existing in dis for an extended period of time. The plane changes them, however, it also allows mastery of the tainted magics of dis. Helweavers are often completely unpredictable and can be more malignant than any beast or as cordial as any host. While helweavers may be sapient, the terrors of Dis take its toll, and considering these individuals may have preternatural lifespans, it may be wise to steer clear entierly.
