The Phantoms

The phantoms are a part of the Sin Hunters who take part in covert missions. They tend to go behind enemy lines or operate where no sin hunter should. Most members of phantom will work with a high ranking Sin Hunters to gather information for their investigations.

Phantoms normally operate outside of the chain of command as they gather information on threats to the Alliance. Only the head of the sin hunters, the second in command, and a handler knows of any operation The phantoms are up to.
