The Law of Blood

The Law of Blood is the way blood and magic works hand in hand. How the power of magic flows through blood and even those with no magic can use their blood to cast spells when combined with sources of magic. This is how humans found magic and how the Lazari bonded magic to the Magical Races. This is the source of great power

Manifestation

The Law of Blood shows it's self through strange phenomena where lots of blood has been spilled. This has lead to places where spirits form and where strange effects have occurred. Where blood is spilled magic will form. Be it uncontrolled or with some sense of purpose.

Localization

Many battlefields and places of great bloodshed can have anomalies of magical energy. Other places are places of sacrifice which tends to potent from continued sacrifices.
