The Awakening of Blood

The Awakening of Blood is an old Blood magic ritual used both as a means to awaken someones inner magic and a tradition marking a warrior ready to begin futher training in protecting their village. It was a great honor to take part in this ritual as it was a great sign of one's acceptance as an adult in the old tribes. It also had a method to safely awaken magic based on the ingestion of certain herbs that had high exposure to essence or the Zidsian sap.
