Laws of Eternity and Creation

All magic follows the same core rules no matter the source of said magic. This is the rule that binds all energies that exist in the world and the multiverse. This is the law of eternity and creation. A law formed from the very creation of reality.

The law has two major parts that define it. That all magic has a price and that all magic changes that which harness it. This is followed by the creator, the eternal beings, dragons, spirits, and mortals.
