Essence

Essence is life and everything in between. It is what drives everything in this world and its what is a t the root of all problems. It has always been and will always be. If it didn't well. Then that would be the end of everything.

Manifestation

It is mostly unseen until users command it. Then it gives oof a glow along the users veins showing the use of power. Then it can be formed into what they command or what the spirits command. It can also crystallize in certain focal points.
