Techadepts of Arcturia

As a splinter faction of the greater Cult Mechanicus and with their own historical heritage, the Techadepts of Arcturia are unique in many ways. They are more communal within and secretive to outsiders, have a generally less close-minded attitude when it comes to technological advancement and revere the perfection of the human form through machinery and not the replacement of it. Those characteristics come with the disadvantage of suspicious imperial authorities and an ever-watchful Inquisition.
The history of the Mechanicus of Arcturia and it's Techadepts goes hand in hand. Forged in the chaotic times after the Horus Heresy, the doctrines of survival and adaptation were deeply engraved in their minds and cogitators, defining their actions for millenia to come.
