Fey Lands

While nominally ruled by King Moonraiser The Fey Lands are really made up of automous socieities, cities, villages, and tribes of Elves, Halflings, Gnomes, and various other Fey creatures and races.

King Moonraiser is paid tribute by these autonomous rulers who also serve as a ruling council of sorts when there is need for The Fey Lands to have to participate in global matters, but for the most part they accept the wisdom and decisions made by King Moonraiser in these instances as he serves as defacto representative of all Fey Lands.
