It is publicly known that Keeper Winchell is the grand-childe of Primogen Jasmine Ross. His sire was the previous Keeper of Elysium, though that individual was destroyed two years ago. Primogen Ross suggested Winchell as the natural replacement, and in her grief none defied her.
He is the youngest member of the Court, and one of only two Court officers elevated to their positions in the last thirty years.
