Chatrang

An alternate Earth, with a point of divergence in the Seljuk invasion of the middle east, where the flow of history has greatly changed.   The prime theater of the 19th and 20th centuries are not in Europe, but India- where many powerful nation states have competed for influence, power, and prestige abroad. This is a world where the Korean empire reigns supersedent in the far east, while the Roman empire still reigns in the west.   Yet the center of the world is in neither of these places, for in the world of Chatrang all roads, both from east and from west, find themselves crossing at that crossroads of civilization itself- Iran.
