Horae is one of the Endless. Her place and time or origin is hard to pinpoint, for she has always existed and always will. She is said to know the fate of all creatures. While she cannot interfere with the lives of mortals, she is said to keep the God of Fate, Janus, and his Moirai from influencing free will too much. She is also said to keep the Keys to the Upper Realms and the Endless Staircase. It is also said that she can only be swayed by the will of her Endless siblings. This is why - it is believed - history seems to repeat and why time stands still at important moments.
