Kanid Martial Arts

Like with all of Doriaa and Pillar Valley, there are many independent schools of martial arts that have mixed over the years with human martial traditions. Kanid style dojos dot the south, most stemming from two original schools in Pillar Valley. Most are defensively focused. Here are two of the traditional Kanid styles:

Geode Style: A school focused on absorbing hits and using the resulting energy to initiate chromatic explosions.

Bloodstone style: Focuses on using the trapped luma inside the earth and stones, especially from the Pillars area.
