Breadmancy
Breadmancy is the art of using luma energy and careful herbal selections to create enchanted breads, pastries, cakes, muffins, pizzas, cookies and more that can buff or debuff certain skills, transmogrify living creatures, and any number of other magical endowments, some still unknown to the craft.
Breads, teas, and beers are consumable, single use items that may be created outside of battle in a kiln, oven, or campfire, or purchased from vendors. The items can be doled out to teammates during rest periods or before sessions. They may be eaten on demand from inventory, and they power up single actions.
Depending on available resources or vendor stock, a recipe may be ordered or prepared with stacked with up to five bonuses to effectiveness from mulitple snow-on-the-mountain herbs. But be careful! The more powerful the bread, the higher chance of causing a joker on the action, and the worse it tastes. It can be great for creating big, crazy moments, so it couldn't hurt to try once in a while. I mean, unless it kills you.
One skill enhancing bread/beer/tea item may be consumed per session. Eating an item will confer the "full" status.
These rules do not apply to plain goldenrod items-- these function like medpacks, in that one plain goldenrod item can heal 1 health, and take an action to utilize.
