Móch / Goblins Species in Channel Cities and World of Ærnth | World Anvil

Móch / Goblins

The Móch, or as they are more commonly known, Goblins, are a small (averaging about 3 feet tall) race of beings that tend to avoid humans, except when raiding the edges of human settled lands. Although a few of their numbers do reside in human populated areas, but are often looked down upon (in more ways than one) . They tend to prefer living underground, most often in cave complexes or abandoned ruins that have been delved underground by other races (often by Ra /Dwarves). As such, they have difficulty (suffer penalties) when in sunlight or other brightly lit areas.   If using Rolemaster, treat them as Goblins for character creation. If using other RPG sytems that allow such creatures as characters, use whatever information is available, but be sure to have them suffer penalties comparable to those present in Rolemaster when functioning in sunlight, and use whatever is necessary to balance this with the DP bonuses that they have in the Rolemaster system.   Their native language is Dark Tongue.   More details to come as time permits...
