He is a very sharp-witted gnome with an amazing memory, who tends to dress in obnoxiouisly bright colors of silk and has the personality of practical joker but the gravitas of a natural leader. But with a firm control and understanding of the Arcane arts of magic beyond that of most beings. He serves as the Warden of the D6-3 High Tower of Magic, and as such is one of the most powerful and feared people within the Channel Cities, but at the same time has that grandfatherly wisdom and frinedliness.
