This Dwarven City-State is a Constitutional Monarchy with a mixed economy controlled by the palace, clan leaders, and the guilds. Its population is dominantly majority dwarves with half-orcs and gnomes being the next largest percentage of the populations in order. The city boasts a health population of Jewel Gnomes as well, protected from exploitation by the Monarch's Decree has lead to a lucrative living contracting with the some of the guilds here for them. The city has a large market district and an even larger artisans district that boasts a large multidisciplinary college. Has a large cathedral dedicated to the Harmonium Of Celestial Accord, a religious order that looks at the gods as aspects of one true god. Is the headquarters of the Ironhearth Clan business, producing airship components. The city has a variety of natural resources at its disposal, allowing it to craft and export at will any of its excess mining efforts. From rare gemstones, magic crystals, and an assortment of ores of varying rarities, this city is wealthy and is still growing and discovering new veins despite the age of the settlement. Has a large colosseum used to host a variety of public sports games and festival events. Has a lake under one of the mountains surrounding the mountain valley the city is located in. Much of the above ground construction is carved stonework, carved directly from the mountainside of the mountains that border the valley. The city itself stretches underground, inhabiting the mountains around the valley as well as a larger undercity below the valley. It's at this depth the undermountain lake rests at, surrounded by the undercity. Only citizens are allowed in the undercity, no foreigners except as escorted guests of citizens or those with guild work passes. The population of Gemhammer Hall is at least 30,000 permanent residents.
